Principal's Message

Dear Hermosa Families,
As we approach the midway point of the school year, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the many wonderful things happening at Hermosa and share some important updates with you. First and foremost, I would like to thank each of you for your continued support and involvement in our school community. Whether you’ve volunteered in the classroom, participated in our events, or supported your child’s learning at home, your partnership plays a vital role in the success of our students.
This year, we have been so proud of the growth our students have made both academically and personally. From exciting classroom projects to community-building activities, our students have been demonstrating resilience, creativity, and a love for learning. I am consistently impressed by how they engage with new ideas and challenges, and it’s inspiring to witness their curiosity and enthusiasm for school.
At Hermosa, our focus on creating a safe and welcoming environment for all students remains a top priority. We continue to promote kindness, inclusivity, and respect in everything we do, and I am excited to see how our students embody these values each day. Together, we are building a school community where everyone is safe, respectful, and responsible.
As we move into the second half of the year, we have some exciting events and opportunities planned. We are committed to working together to ensure that every child has the tools and opportunities they need to succeed. Your involvement is key to helping us make this a great year for all our students.
Thank you once again for being such an important part of our school community. I look forward to all we will accomplish together in the second half of the year!
Warm regards,
Go Huskies!
