Welcome Bulldog Families!  At Banyan Elementary, we strive to provide our students with the best educational experience by creating a safe and positive learning environment, by providing students with rigorous standard based instruction through the use of state adopted materials, and by ensuring that the individual needs of our students are met.  We believe strongly in the ability of our students to achieve at a high level and our highly qualified staff provides them with the tools they need to be successful.  Student safety, academic achievement, and building character are some of our top priorities for our Bulldogs. 

With this in mind, it is through a strong home and school partnership that we are able to achieve such high standards and provide the best learning opportunities for our students.  We welcome parent involvement and encourage you to be an active participant in your child’s educational journey. There are a variety of ways to become involved such as PTA, volunteering in your child’s classroom, attending school events, helping with your child’s homework, and by communicating with your child’s teacher on a regular basis.  

We take pride in celebrating the success of our Bulldog students within the classroom, during assemblies, and at recesses.  You are welcome to join us on Friday mornings in the quad for our weekly Bulldog assemblies where we celebrate students and show our Bulldog pride.  Please see the Weekly newsletter, which is emailed out each weekend, for the upcoming events and the special activities that are happening on campus or in the community.
